| Function
Vinegar solid-state fermenter kept the solid-state fermented acetic acid fermentation grains in a container with low ventilation, carried out continuous biochemical reaction under the condition of sufficient oxygen supply and heat preservation, proliferate and ferment in the solid-state bed, and quickly oxidized ethanol into acetic acid, accumulated acetic acid products, and washed into the acetic acid storage tank at the next layer. Under the condition of self-transport control, it is repeated continuously to complete the goal of solid fermentation of vinegar.
| Product structure
Up and down inlet and outlet, solid fermentation bacteria bed, automatic breeding and breeding bacteria uniform distribution system, return shower system, hot and cold circulation constant temperature water system, tail gas recovery system. As well as manual, automatic temperature control, time control operation switch.
The whole acetic acid fermentation needs 2-3 days to quickly complete 8-10 degrees acetic acid fermentation, ethanol conversion rate of 90%.
