Prettech start to produce stainless steel tanks for milk and milk drinks since 2005, we have been providing around 2 million pieces of milk tanks to drink factories, milk factories and food factories in the past 20 years. Material

Prettech milking tanks made by sanitary stainless steel material SUS304 or SUS316L, stainless steel plates are always purchased from big steel factory such as Baosteel POSCO to guarantee wonderful welding performances and tank strength.

Welding and finish

The whole of milk tanks are 100% TIG welding.
Interior finish sanitary polished roughness less than 0.4um..
Burrs removed, welding seam grounded and sanitary acid washing.
Butt welded onto the ends and ports via radian, easy for washing.

Accessories and nozzles are universal and alternative

The nozzles and connection type comply with local norms in European, ISO or DIN, clients can purchase replacement conveniently locally.
Sealing gasket is food grade silicon, fat resistant, no toxic,anti aging and easy washing.

Enclosed tank design and constructed

Milk tank is produced 100% enclosed to prevent air or bacterial,before delivery each tank would be tested by water pressure,with 30 kpa for 12 hours,guarantee no leakage.
