| Production Description
Open Top Fermenter is employed in the fermentation process of red wine. This design allows unimpeded access to the grape cap, facilitating effortless submersion. The inclined base ensures a seamless and uncomplicated removal of grape skins and seeds post-fermentation. These manually-operated tanks can be configured with stainless steel legs, the height of which is tailored to accommodate the specific pomace bin dimensions.

| Features
All our open top fermenter are made of high quality stainless steel (AISI 304 and 316L).
The leg height can be customized to meet customers' different sizes of Bin or press placed under the tank slag.
Arc transition between head and tube, pipe and tube, butt weld (non-fillet weld). The internal weld is smooth and polished, easy to clean and without sanitary dead Angle.

A: Yes we can, the wetted-parts are produced by S.S.316L to guarantee the corrosion resistance, the non-wetted parts are produced by S.S.304 to reduce cost.
2. What’s the lead time?
A: 35-50 working days depend on the order quantity.
3. How do you ship the goods?
A: We usually ship by sea in containers or flat rack.
4. Do you supply door to door shipping?
A: Yes we do, Pretank do ocean shipping, customs clearance, import procedures and deliver products to the appointed place.
5. What inspections will you do before delivery in your factory?
