Aerator for vinegar fermenter adopts the lower shaft type, alloy mechanical seal, stable performance, and the place in contact with the feed liquid is made of acid-resistant stainless steel (304 or 316L) material, suitable for self-priming acetic acid deep fermenter.

Its working process: after the high-speed operation of the rotor, the centrifugal force generated, forming a vacuum in the middle, inhaling the net air from above, fully mixing with the material and liquid, through the stator's diversion device, spraying into the liquid layer, forming strong anti-turbulence in the liquid layer, to achieve a comprehensive oxygen supply process, so as to promote the rapid growth and reproduction of acetic acid bacteria, to achieve the goal of rapid fermentation.
Vinegar Fermenter Aerator is suitable for brewing vinegar from wine mash, fruit wine and edible alcohol containing wine. It is a suitable fermentation equipment for Zhenjiang balsamic vinegar, Fujian red koji vinegar (Yongchun old vinegar), Shanxi vinegar, vinegar, white vinegar, various fruit vinegar, vinegar drink products.
