The destemmer crusher is a machine used to process the grapes that arrive in the cellar, both the one picked by hand and the one picked mechanically. It is to separate grape fruit and stem, clean the stem, crush grape and send the grape pulp for further processing. After destemming, the berries pass through the crusher where they are broken, effectively starting the fermentation process.The whole machine is made of stainless steel materials, and machine models are available for customers to choose which ranges from 1 t/h to 50 t/h.
