Mixing system is the core component of chemical reactor, a cutom-made stirrer is your key to success. stirrer selection is related with the material's viscosity, liquid-solid ratio, proportion of liquid, etc. 

Stirring speed is selected according to the material mixing needs:

Conventional liquid material polymerization reaction: 63 - 85r/min;

Containing powder material and liquid mixing: 0 - 1460r /min;

Mixing contain oil with liquid or two incompatible liquids: 0 - 2800 r/min.

Stirring blade: Anchor type, frame type, flat paddle type, pitched paddle type, ribbon type, turbo type, pusher type and multiple combined type

Seal: Mechanical seal or stuff packing seal
