The tube plate is welded to the barrel body, and the tube bundle cannot be core-pulled. Expansion joints can be added to the shell to meet the requirements of different temperature stresses.

The equipment material can choose all kinds of stainless steel and other metal materials, the heat exchange tube adopts special seamless steel tube for heat exchanger, and the heat exchange area can be customized as required. The tube sheet and baffle are punched by nc drilling to ensure the accuracy of the hole. Tube plate and heat exchange tube welding joint adopts automatic argon arc welding, hydraulic expansion joint, quality safety and reliable, durable.
