304 Pressure Tank

Prettech is capable of designing and producing stainless steel pressure tank, working pressure comes up to 8 bar, capacity up to 500 cubic meter, the max. plate thickness can be 28mm, all of the stainless steel coil is produced by Baosteel, one of the best steel producers in the world, we will inspect the chemical composition and performances for each lot of steel even we ask for the MTC from the factory. 

Prettech supply varied types of heat exchanging, such as tubular exchanger, half coil internally and externally, vertically and horizontally. Pressure tank could also be mounted with agitator on the top or at the side, SEW gear box and ABB motor can be used, easy to be maintained and purchased overseas.

Pressure tank could be inspected and certified by PED, dye penetration, non destruction and X-ray, we have these test equipment in our own lab. 

Product Advantages

A1:Prettech tanks are made of SS304 grade stainless steel. It offers the best properties for sanitary, food and beverage processing. For highly-corrosive environments, such as salty or acidic areas, tanks can be manufactured out of the higher-grade SS316L stainless steel.

A2:Manholes and valves are equipped with sealing rings, which are food-grade and wear-resistant.

A3:Precise or customized arranged cooling jacket on the tank body makes temperature control stable. It also can meet the requirement of half-tank wine temperature cooling in use.
