Working Principle:
Spherical boiler is the cooking apparatuse used for palm oil cooking workshop section.
The operational principle is that palm enters spherical boiler through quickopen cover .
In the spherical boiler , it is heated by steam directly. After a period of time, it is cooked and intenerated. The condensate water in the sphere through filter screen and in the pressure of steam in the spherical boiler , it can expel the valve out of spherical digester .

And after finishing cooking ,it avoids workers pothook transitting on kettle .When filling and discharging,the cover is opened and closed by quick-actuating closure. Turning sphere ,opening and closing the quick-actuating closure is operated by electrical controler. The quick-actuating closure has safe interlocking devicing.
3It can reduce the floor space greatly and save the investment of factory building. Because of lacking horizental kettle journey of transporting the material car, the floor space is only equivalent to 1/4 of the original floor space.
