Australia is now in the brewing season.How should customers with tanks and customers who are preparing to place orders be maintained?Ourcompany can provide the following points for reference.

 

First:The Unloading installation of fermentation Tank.

1.1Make sure no person under the gears when unloading

1.2 Gears must be installed on stable concrete basement,basement depth depends on local

Geological conditions.If gears are installed upstairs please make sure the floor can support the

Total weight when all vessels are full of liquid,if not please remove gears or strengthen the

Floor.

1.3 All gears must be installed/connected when power off,better to mark an alarm signal.Please

use“inching switch on/off”when commission the pump and valve to avoid destroying

stainless sgears.

 

2.unloading

2.1 Device:Forklift,crane(if forklift cannot reach 4m height,then should use crane or 2 sets

Forklift to move tank to indoor room,or install chain block on roof beam to put tank

vertical),crowbar,liftingbelts.

2.2 Move tank with package frame to planned position by forklift,use crane or chain block to

Let tanks tand up(plz notice that during whole process,set legs as supporting point,and don’t

Second:The debugging of fermentation tank

Connect water pipe well and wash the fermentation tank one by one with water.Then

Having hydrostatic test,the pressure maintaining 0.2MPa,time is 2 hours and prepares wash if

No pressure change.

 

Third:Cleaning of fermentation tank(Just for reference)

1.Check:Check whether the pipes,valves,meters of the fermentation Tanks and glycol water

are normal.If there is no abnormality,prepare to feed material

2.Washing(4-stepmethod)

Water washing:Before feeding material into Fermentation Tank,intermissive wash it

firstly for 15 minutes with tap water.Caustic soda washing:Drain all of the residual water.Cycle wash for30 minutes with

caustic soda solution(45-50℃,concentration 3%)(replenish promptly when alkali liquor

concentration low down).Recycle alkali liquor after the cycle finish.Pay attention to

protection.Wear protective device when operating.Direct touch alkali liquor is forbidden.Water washing:Drain all of the residual alkali liquor.Interrmissive wash it again for

15 minutes with tap water.The method is the same with 2.a.Hydrogen peroxide washing:Drain all of the residual water.Cycle wash for 20

minutes with hydrogen peroxide(concentration1%)again.The method is thesame with 2.b.

Drain all of the residual hydrogen peroxide in the tank.Close exhaust valve,in and out

material valve and beer-out valve.Pay attention to protection.Wear protective device when

operating.Direct touch hydrogen peroxide is forbidden.
