Our variable capacity fermenter particularly work well for small-scale winery or cellars.

With its unique variable capacity feature, you have complete control over the volume of wine stored, allowing you to adapt to the demands of each batch.

It can be uesd for fermenting and storage.Top lid is moved by manual windlass and sealed by the air gasket.
