Prettech design and fabricate kinds of brewery tanks used in restaurants, rewpubs and small to mid-sized breweries, capacity ranges from 50L to 5,000L.Brewing tanks including mash tun,

lauter tun, boiling kettle, whirlpool，hot/cold liquor tank,beer fermenters (FV), beer bright tanks(BBT), serving tanks.

The integrated brewing equipment such as heat exchanger, transferring pumps and glycol chillers are provided either if you need. Each craft beer machine is customized with high efficiency at competitive prices.

Prettech engineers design different craft brewery system type even for the same brewing capacity, based on each client’s brewing craftship, beer style, footprint and controlling solution, to meet with and satisfy every customer’s needs, e.g. varied heat exchange will be adopted according to local circumstances or water temperature.

Sanitary processing

All interior welds grounded, finish roughness less than 0.4um.

Dished top and bottom are welded onto the cylinder by Radian pressing, avoid any dead angle, easy to clean.

High quality of heat exchanger adopted, heat up equally and quickly, to gain well-boiled wort. Hot water can be recycled for reuse, save water, electricity and coolant.

Flexible and smart controlling system

Temperature, motor or valves are operated by manual or automatic, brew master will feel comfortable to operate it.

Guaranteed installation services

All brewery equipment and the pipelines are marked signals before delivery, the installation and commission can be done both by Prettech or by customers easily. For the latter we will supply exact installation photos,video and drawings to make the local installation easy utmost, and will guide through mail, telephone or video.
