Lauter tun

Matured mash needs to exhaust the spent in order to get the clean and bright wort, this process happened in the stainless steel or copper constructed lauter tun, also named as wort filter, with this lauter tun brew master can clean mash 2 or 3 times and take out the spent from the exhaust door,control work backflow through watching the sight glass.

Pretank engineers design different types of lauter tun for every clients, even for the same mashing capacity, based on each client's brewing craftship, beer type, footprint and controlling solution, to meet with and satisfy every customer's needs, e.g. we design manual type and automatic type for spent exhausting system, against the filter’s volume or client's requirements,,we fabricate the lauter tun with stainless steel material or/and copper material, we can also fabricate combined lauter tun with mash tun or boiling kettle.

	Sanitary processing
	The whole tanks are welded by 100% TIG, all welding seams are grounded and sanitary polished,burs removed, interior finish roughness less than 0.4um,exterior finish brushed polished.Top and bottom are welded onto the cylinder by Radian pressing, avoid any dead angle, easy to clean.

Excellent design,save energy

Lauter tun is designed with rock wool as insulation material and SUS304 steel as cladding, reduce heat energy loss.

False bottom is strong heavy duty constructed, it's dismounted and can be taken out for cleaning,sparging arm have smart and strong sparging ends for better cleaning,save time and water.

High efficiency lautering

Low speed raker with VFD controlling work smoothly, brew master only needs to clean 2-3 times to get the bright wort.

Sight glass on the pipe help the brew master to watch whether the wort is clean and bright or not, decide to make the flow back or enter to the next boiling stage.

	Guaranteed installation services
	All brewery equipment and the pipelines are marked signals before delivery, the installation and commission can be done both by Prettech or by customers easily. For the latter we will supply exact installation photos,video and drawings to make the local installation easy utmost, and will guide through mail, telephone or video.
