Clean and cold wort should be boiled at 100℃ to sterilize and stop the biological or chemical changes, to get the stable hot wort,during the wort boiling process, hops are usually added into the boiler.

	Sanitary processing
	The whole beer boiling kettle are welded by 100% TIG, all welding seams are grounded and sanitary polished,burs removed, interior finish roughness less than 0.4um,exterior finish brushed polished.Top and bottom are welded onto the cylinder by Radian pressing, avoid any dead angle, easy to clean.

Wort boiling kettle is designed with rock wool as insulation material and SUS304 steel as cladding, reduce heat energy loss.

If gas is cheaper than electric or steam in client’s places we would design a fire box at the bottom of kettle, the buyer can use a fire burner to heat the kettle directly. If clients use a 2000L volume or above brewing equipment we would design dimple jacket surrounding the kettle, steam go through the jacket and heat the boiler indirectly

	High efficiency heating
	Temperature increase quickly,nice quality of solenoid valve transmit the signal correctly to controller, platinum thermal resistance thermometer display temperature on site in real time very accurately.The heating units not only heat the wort fast but more important it boils the wort pretty evenly, no rawish or burnt, it effects beer flavors wrong or not.

	Guaranteed installation services
	All brewery equipment and the pipelines are marked signals before delivery, the installation and commission can be done both by Prettech or by customers easily. For the latter we will supply exact installation photos,video and drawings to make the local installation easy utmost, and will guide through mail, telephone or video.
