Pretank's high speed disperser machine technology is designed to effectively dissolve, disperse, and uniformly mix products with varying viscosities.
By utilizing the high-speed rotation of the dispersion disc, it generates powerful shear, impact, and friction forces between the materials and the disc surface, enabling rapid dispersion, dissolution, uniform mixing, and emulsification.
The serrated circular dispersing disc of our high-speed disperser operates at high speeds within the container, facilitating the processes of solid-liquid dispersion, wetting, depolymerization, and stabilization.
It effectively breaks down and disperses solid particles, ensuring thorough wetting and achieving the desired level of depolymerization.
The resulting mixture is then stabilized through the uniform distribution of particles and components.

| Working Principle
The specially designed serrated circular dispersing disc in our disperser enables high-speed dispersion, wetting, disaggregation, and stabilization of both solid and liquid components within the container. It creates a dynamic swirling flow pattern, resembling a rolling ring, which efficiently moves the slurry and ensures effective mixing. As the slurry flows, the particles on the impeller blades spiral downwards within a strong vortex, promoting thorough blending.
Within a specific range, approximately 2.5-5mm from the dispersing disc's edge, a turbulent zone is formed. In this zone, the slurry and particles experience intense shear and impact forces, enhancing the dispersion process. Beyond this zone, two jet streams are generated, facilitating extensive circulation and flipping of the slurry.
Beneath the dispersing disc, the area operates under laminar flow conditions. This allows different layers of the slurry, each with varying flow velocities, to interact and diffuse with one another, promoting effective dispersion throughout the mixture.

| FAQ
1. Except for SUS304 material, what other material do you do for the vessels?
A: We can provide a variety of grades of stainless steel, including SUS316L,SUS321,SUS316Ti; We also can make with material of titanium and Hastelloy Alloy.
2. We did not know how to do the import, could you help us to deliver the goods to our door?
A:Of course! We can do DDU or DAP terms. We can take care of the whole process from our factory to your door and you only need to make the unloading work within the specified time.
3.How do you ship the goods?
Goods are usually shipped in containers or flat rack with metal walls to protect them against extreme temperatures and bad weather conditions.
4. What should I do if there are quality problems?
A: We have a perfect quality control system to ensure there is no quality problem before dispatch. But in case there do have quality problem after arrival, we also have a rapid response and processing mechanism and reply in first time as we are 7 * 24 hours standby. Local repair as well as cargo replacement is supported to solve the problem.
