Pretank high speed disperser is aimed at the dissolution, dispersion, and uniform mixing of products with different viscosities. Through the high-speed operation of the dispersion disc, strong shear impact and friction occur between the material and the dispersion disc, achieving the functions of rapid dispersion, dissolution, uniform mixing, and emulsification. The serrated circular dispersing disc of the high-speed disperser disperses at high speed in the container to complete the processes of solid-liquid dispersion, wetting, depolymerization, and stabilization.

| Working Principle
The serrated circular dispersing disc achieves high-speed dispersion, wetting, disaggregation, and stabilization of solids and liquids within the container. High speed disperser creates a rolling ring-like flow of the slurry, generating a strong vortex where particles on the surface of the impeller blades spiral down to the bottom of the vortex. A turbulent zone is formed at a distance of 2.5-5mm from the edge of the dispersing disc, subjecting the slurry and particles to strong shear and impact forces. Outside this zone, two jet streams are formed, allowing for thorough circulation and flipping of the slurry. The area beneath the dispersing disc of the disperser operates under laminar flow conditions, facilitating dispersion as different layers of slurry with varying flow velocities interact and diffuse with each other.
