Dispersion disc thickness and stiffness:

The thickness and rigidity of the blade are critical to its stability and durability. Thicker blades are generally stronger and can withstand higher rotational speeds and greater shear forces.


Safety and Maintenance:

Blades should be designed with safety in mind, for example, ensuring there is no vibration or instability at high speeds. At the same time, the blades should be designed to facilitate maintenance and cleaning to ensure long-term use of the equipment.
