High Performance Aerator introduce the highest quantity of small air bubbles into the fermenter and therewith bring the aeration as well as the homogenous distribution of the mixture to perfection.
Use centrifugal force to shear the foam elimination produced by fermentation process and make the gas and liquid can be separated.
Prettech’s Alcohol collector is made of stainless steel, automatic continuous circulation system and recycling. Suitable for recovery of tail gas from vinegar fermentation tank of 15-30 cubic meters vinegar fermentation tank. Can improve the conversion rate of raw materials by more than 3-5%.
The Siemens PLC with user-friendly color display controls the activation of motors, pumps, sensors and the actual process control. Operating the software via the touch panel is comprehensive and logically structured thus can be mastered efficiently in a very short time.
