| Product Description
In order to meet the storage requirements of corn oil, we use corrosion-resistant stainless steel materials to manufacture storage tanks to ensure the storage safety and quality of corn oil. Stainless steel material can resist the erosion of the storage tank by acids, alkalis and other substances, maintaining its integrity and long service life.
Top circular manholes and side manholes- easy operation and maintenance.
Heating jacket- allows the oil temperature to be precisely controlled to maintain the stability and freshness of the corn oil.
Breather valve and discharge port - ensure the balance of pressure inside the tank and provide safety protection.
We also offer optional level sensors and stirring systems to increase production efficiency and product consistency.
The liquid level sensor can monitor the oil level in real time to ensure the rational use of the storage tank.
The stirring system helps maintain the uniformity of corn oil and avoid oil stratification.

1. Except for SUS304 material, what other material do you do for the vessels?
A: We can provide a variety of grades of stainless steel, including SUS316L,SUS321,SUS316Ti; We also can make with material of titanium and Hastelloy Alloy.
2.What inspections will you do before delivery in your factory?
All tanks would be tested by static pressure test, dye penetration or X-ray test if requested.
3. Can you produce according to my requirements or drawings?
A: Yes,we can. Actually we always custimze for our customers and each project will have a special drawing. The customize point can be material, dimension, accessories as well as orientation and so on.
