Prettech offers customizable wine vinegar fermentation tank ranging from lab-scale 50L to production scale 100000L, depends on your needs.
With Pretank vinegar fermentation tank, you can produce low acetic acid 4%-15% with batch process,can also produce high acidity above 15% with continuous process.
Raw material can be grapes，other fruits, honey,rice or high gravity alcohol, with these you can make fruit vinegar, rice vinegar or alcohol vinegar as you need.
You can also making kombucha by our wine vinegar fermentation tank ,kombucha is a fermented tea with the similar process as acetic vinegar.

Alcohol collector recover tail gas and improve the conversion rate of raw materials by more than 3-5%.
By detecting the concentration of alcohol to determine whether the fermentation of acetic acid bacteria is mature or not.
