A wine tank with a floating lid, also known as an always-full tank or variable capacity tank, is widely favored for crafting small batches of high-quality wine.

This specialized tank features a movable lid that adjusts vertically based on the juice level within the tank, effectively preventing exposure to oxygen and maintaining the wine's pristine quality.

Multipurpose

VCT serves as an open-top fermenter and, when the lid is adapted based on liquid level and sealed with an air gasket, transforms into a fully functional storage tank.

Reinforced Channel

The tank mouth features a channel steel reinforcing ring, ensuring roundness and avoiding deformation. It's designed with a circular surface instead of an angle steel reinforcing ring to prevent injuries.

Manhole Options

Various manholes are available to meet specific needs for pomace discharge, tank cleaning, or maintenance. Sealed with EPDM rubber, they eliminate the risk of leakage.

Floating Lid

Equipped with a floating lid featuring a rubber ring and a pump imported from France, ensuring visible working pressure and reliability.
