| Product Description
Automatic Stainless Steel Defoaming machine; Suitable for 10-25 cubic meters of acetic acid fermenter defoaming use.
The foam produced by the biological fermentation process can be eliminated, the fermentation tail gas is discharged cleanly and smoothly, and the defoaming liquid is naturally returned to the fermentation liquid to ensure the smooth and normal fermentation. Centrifugal force is used to break the foam produced in the fermentation process, so that the gas liquid is separated, and the separated foam liquid can be returned to the fermenter to reduce the loss of liquid escape. Combined with the tail gas condensation system, the loss of fermentation liquid can be more effectively reduced under the condition of large gas volume.
| Working process
The foam enters the working area of the rotor through the inlet of the defoamer, the shear force provided by the high-speed rotor shred the bubbles, and the liquid released by the bubbles is immediately thrown to the wall by the centrifugal force, and is compressed into the liquid flow, and part of it is returned to the fermenter

Automatic Stainless Steel Defoaming machine is suitable for defoaming in various fermentation processes, such as antibiotic fermentation, amino acid fermentation, yeast culture, acetic acid fermentation, etc.
