Our tanks are available in double wall configurations. Crafted from high-quality materials, choose between SUS304 or SUS316L for durability and performance tailored to your unique needs.

1.Stainless steel cladding and 70-100mm PU foam have better effect than insulation coatings.PU foam is one of the best choices of insulation material. It offers great thermal insulation, is resistant to moisture and water.
2.Side agitator is optional to mix the liquid before filling. If add cooling jacket these insulation storage tanks serve as versatile buffers, accommodating not only wine but also other sanitary liquids such as water, spirits, juice, oil, and tea.
3.The exterior of storage tank with brushed finish, complemented by a polished interior, with welds carefully grounded and pickled to deliver an excellent appearance.
In addition to being supported by legs, our tanks can be mounted on a concrete plinth, providing a robust solution for larger volumes.

All stainless steel Spirits Tanks are packed on steel saddle, and wrapped by crashproof blanket, loaded in containers or flat rack and braced by steel strips, to make sure the tanks would be shipped to the clients in the most perfect condition.

A: Yes we can, the wetted-parts are produced by S.S.316L to guarantee the corrosion resistance, the non-wetted parts are produced by S.S.304 to reduce cost.
2. What’s the lead time?
A: 35-50 working days depend on the order quantity.
3. How do you ship the goods?
A: We usually ship by sea in containers or flat rack.
4. Do you supply door to door shipping?
A: Yes we do, Pretank do ocean shipping, customs clearance, import procedures and deliver products to the appointed place.
5. What inspections will you do before delivery in your factory?
A: All tanks would be tested by static pressure test, dye penetration or X-ray test if requested.
