| Product Description
Insulated tanks play big roles in process of must mucus elimination before fermentation, wine stabilization after fermentation, both of the two processes of making wine request to be finished within a short time and quickly at a lower temperature, particularly in during wine stabilization, short cooling period but keeping wine at a low temperature for a while are very important to enable the formation of tartaric acid crystals.
Pretank stainless steel insulation tank can carry these processes out successfully, while also saving energy and easily maintaining the desired temperature.

High-quality accessories
 | Designed with dimple jacket surrounding single layer storage tank to keep the temperature inside the tank always at an expected level, outside the jacket we wrap a 70-100mm thick layer of polyurethane foam, which has great properties of thermal insulation,prevent moisture and water, has low density and is lightweight. |
| Our workers will weld 0.7-2mm thick of stainless steel plate as cladding through 100% TIG, all of these insulation works are done ex plant by ourself, clients no need to spend extra time to outsource insulation |
| The exterior of insulation tank with brushed finish, complemented by a polished interior, with welds carefully grounded and pickled to deliver an excellent appearance. |
| Side agitator is optional to mix the liquid before filling.If add cooling jacket these insulation storage tanks can serve as buffer tanks. |
