Pretank's riveted double wall wine insulation tank is more economical than welded wine insulation tank. We specializes in crafting insulation storage tanks ranging from 500L to 100,000L.Crafted from high-quality materials, choose between SUS304 or SUS316L for durability and performance tailored to your unique needs.
Global warming and high temperatures in some regions compel wine producers to allocate a significant portion of their energy costs to refrigeration to maintain wine quality. Insulated tanks are essential in the processes of must clarification before fermentation and wine stabilization after fermentation. Both stages require rapid processing at low temperatures. Specifically, during wine stabilization, it is crucial to achieve quick cooling and maintain the wine at a low temperature for a period, facilitating the formation of tartaric acid crystals.

PU foam
Stainless steel/ aluminum cladding and 70-100mm PU foam have better effect than insulation coatings.PU foam is one of the best choices of insulation material. It offers great thermal insulation, is resistant to moisture and water.
Side Agitator&Cooling jacket
Side agitator is optional to mix the liquid before filling. If add cooling jacket these insulation storage tanks serve as versatile buffers, accommodating not only wine but also other sanitary liquids such as water, spirits, juice, oil, and tea.
Riveting TIG
Our workers use riveting tig to weld stainless steel or aluminum cladding plates. All insulation work is completed in-house at our facility, eliminating the need for clients to spend additional time outsourcing insulation services.Pretank provide one shop solutions for your winery equipment and usage.
Custom Legs
In addition to being supported by legs, our tanks can be mounted on a concrete plinth, providing a robust solution for larger volumes.
