| Product Description
Pretank's horizontal rotary fermenters are carefully crafted with a horizontal design and equipped with a rotating agitator to maximize the contact area between the grape juice and the skins. This innovative feature maximizes the extraction of tannins and anthocyanins, resulting in rich, flavorful wines.
Our horizontal rotary fermentation tank can be used for hot maceration of red wine, low temperature maceration of white wine, carbon dioxide maceration of whole or crushed grapes, and can also be used as a dejuicing tank.
In addition to being used for red wine brewing, it can also be used for fermentation of other fruits after crushing, or fermentation of grains after adding water.

Efficient Skin Movement & Pomace Discharge
The helical fin attached to the inside wall of the tank ensures constant movement of the skins and also facilitates pomace discharge at the end of the cycle.
Even temperature distribution:
Horizontal fermentation tanks have a larger surface areathan vertical tanks of the same capacity, which helps to distribute the temperature more evenly, thus ensuring the consistent temperature of the wine, promoting the formation of ideal flavors and preventing off-flavors.
