Prettech specializes in providing customized mixing tank design and manufacturing services for customers, especially for the production needs of daily chemical products such as liquid soap, hand sanitizer, shampoo and shower gel.
Our mixing tanks are made of hygienic and corrosion-resistant stainless steel to ensure product hygiene and safety. We are well aware that customers have special requirements for efficiency, energy consumption and safety in the production process. Therefore, in the process of designing the tank, we will strictly follow the relevant standards and strictly calculate the wall thickness of the tank and the selection of stirring. Ensure that while ensuring safety, it can improve production efficiency and save energy.
In terms of material selection, we provide flexible solutions according to the material situation, using SUS304 or SUS316L stainless steel materials to ensure that it matches the characteristics of the liquid to achieve the best cost-effectiveness. The internal welds of our mixing tanks are finely polished and burr-free, and the inner surface is polished, which is not only easy to clean and maintain, but also meets strict hygiene standards.
At the same time, after the customer places an order, our professional engineering team will make detailed drawings for the customer to confirm to ensure that every detail meets the customer's specific needs. Of course, if necessary, we can also draw a simple sketch for you before placing an order to let you know the approximate tank structure and size. After the tank production is completed, we will conduct a water pressure test on the tank, as well as a trial run with water and material mixing, and provide the corresponding test report.

Each chamber of all the tanks will be subjected to hydraulic test, air pressure test, airtight test, leak test and non-destructive testing will be done according to the specific requirements of the tank.
