Open top fermentation tank is a crucial element in the brewing process, playing a key role in facilitating the smooth progression of fermentation.

The opening design allows microorganisms and yeast to move in and out freely during the fermentation process, providing a natural environment for fermentation and enabling the yeast to interact more effectively with the fermented material, thereby producing a unique flavor and aroma.
