The pump over jacketed wine fermenter is the main container for maceration of grape pomace.

The process involves circulating the juice from the bottom and pouring it on the grape cover. In addition, the tank can be used as a traditional wine storage device as required.

The cooling jacket is customized according to the requirements, which can accurately control the temperature and is conducive to the fermentation and storage of grapes.

The jacket form can be selected from laser dimple jacket or corrugated board jacket.
