Aerator is the key component of the acetic acid fermenter,it adopts the lower shaft type, alloy mechanical seal, stable performance, and the place in contact with the feed liquid is made of acid-resistant stainless steel (304 or 316L) material, suitable for self-priming acetic acid deep fermenter.
The bottom is installed with a ventilator.
The alloy material is mechanically sealed (dynamic ring and static ring).
The centrifugal force is generated by the high-speed movement of the rotor, forming a vacuum (negative pressure) in the middle.
The top of the tank is equipped with a vent tube, and the clean air drawn in is uniformly and continuously supplied to the materials in the fermenter through the high-performance ventilation device, which provides the best support for the growth of acetic acid bacteria.
