| Product Description
Pretank’s diatomite filter is widely used in beer, wine, syrup, juice, vinegar, soy sauce and other similar beverage filtration.
It can remove some microorganisms, colloid, high molecular protein, polyphenols and their conjugated and condensed conjugated compounds contained in the filtrate body. With the use of diatomite filter, your liquid looks clear and bright. What’s more, the storage period much longer.
| Product Stucture
The disc type diatomaceous earth filter is mainly composed of mixing tank, transfer pump, measuring pump, internal connecting pipe& valve, main filter barrel, cover lifting mechanism, automatic cleaning system and control system.

| The filtration of liquid is carried out in a series of fully enclosed high-quality SUS304 stainless steel polishing containers and sanitary pipelines; it is beneficial to meet the sanitary requirements of safe filtration and cleaning of liquids. |
| All parts of the filter are compact and fixed in four wheels. Two self-locking wheels can ensure good stability. |
| Most suitable for intermittent filtration. Machine only need to shut down if two production batches takes time. Normal filter can be started by circulation. |
| Convenient to change the variety and the residual liquid in the cylinder is less after the filtration of each batch. |
